Annual General Meetings

Coffee & Computers AGMs are intended to be held annually.

The first Coffee & Computers AGM was held on November 5, 2018 at Jacksons Lane, 269A Archway Road, London N6 5AA.

An Agenda was published in advance of the meeting and the Minutes of the AGM can be read, printed and downloaded  here.

The 2019 AGM was held at 11am on January 23rd 2020 at Jacksons Lane (as above). An Agenda was published in advance of the meeting and the Minutes of the AGM can be read, printed and downloaded  here.

The 2020 AGM (delayed due to Covid-19) will be held online (via Zoom) on Monday 16th August at 11am.  You can register to attend via the link below.

The primary purpose of this AGM will be to present a proposed plan to secure the future of Coffee & Computers and our ongoing digital support services.

The proposal will be presented in full at the AGM, with the opportunity to ask questions and give feedback, but if you are unable to attend the AGM, you can still take part in the vote (and record your feedback) using the online form, which is now available at the link below.

All are welcome  at AGMs but only registered members are eligible to vote on issues brought to the AGM.
